The transition into cooler weather brings about a change of scenery. In New England, there is an abundance of traditional architecture that helps to capture the essence of a colorful fall vignette. This one could be the poster-child; don't you just love everything about this? It was designed by my sister Sarah, who puts a vintage wired plant stand to good use.
Here are some scene-changing ideas of my own, complemented by pepper plants. A visit to my local nursery proved beneficial for some seasonal inspiration.
